No matter if your are skier, snowboarder, ski tourer, cross-country skier or enjoy snowshoeing - the Lungau offers endless opportunities to pursue one´s hobbies.
A few top skiing-areas, such as Katschberg-Aineck, Großeck-Speiereck, Fanningberg, Obertauern and Schönfeld as well as a few smaller additional facilities offer more than 250km perfectly prepared slopes to carve and wedel down the hills.
With the combined ski-pass "SkiLungau" or the more comprehensive "Lungo"-Card (incl. Obertauern) you can not only enjoy more than 80 ski-lift facilities, but also use the free-of-charge Ski-Bus. During spring also combined ski & golf offers can be purchased at every ski-pass sales point.
Cross-country skiers, ski-tourers and winter winter hikers also find a multitude of opportunities - more than 150 km cross country ski tracks as well as beautiful snowy valleys offer a big variety of mountain tours. Off-piste and cross-country tracks you will find several additional offerings - tobogganing, ice-stock sport, coach journeys, , winter-drive experiences and much more are offered in close proximity.
After an active winter-day you can of course also use the alpine Wellness-Center "Samsunn" with it´s several saunas, steam bath and several silence & relaxation areas for free (3 hours free entry daily). The direct access from the apartment makes your live easy....
And after all Relaxation, enjoy a nice dinner at the Restaurant Thomal directly on-site without leaving the Apartment hotel….
